Smash Bros. Brawl Media Depicts Explosions, Psychic Thunderstorms, Custom Controls
Updates on the eagerly anticipated mascot fighter include a look at the alternate color schemes of various characters and a glimpse of what happens when their special attacks are charged. On a more specific note, there are sequential images depicting the Ice Climbers' chilling Final Smash and Lucas' telekinetic firestorm of a Final Smash.
Moving on to items, Saki, the main character from Treasure's Sin & Punishment (N64), turns up as one of the game's many unplayable assist trophies. There is also a demonstration of Fox McCloud using one of the game's smart bombs, as well as an example of what happens when one of the game's explosives turns out to be a dud.
In terms of new features, players can customize the button layouts scheme of the four different controllers supported by the game, and transfer their settings across Wiis via the Wii Remote's internal storage. The game supports both widescreen and fullscreen displays, complete with a circle to help users determine if their display is properly configured.
