Come October 20, Rockstar North's Xbox edition of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will mark the latest addition to the catalog of downloadable original Xbox games available to Xbox 360 owners via the console's online Xbox Live Marketplace.

Going by its official Xbox.com listing, the open-world gangster life simulator, which includes cities based on Los Angeles and Las Vegas, will carry the traditional Xbox Originals price tag of 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).

Next week sees the release of two exclamation-mark bearing games on the Xbox Live Marketplace under the Xbox Originals line: Destroy All Humans! and Intellivision Lives!.

Destroy All Humans!, originally a 2005 release from Pandemic, puts the player in control of an alien embarking on a solo conquest of the planet Earth. Influenced by sci-fi B-movies, the game offers weapons like the Quantum Deconstructor and the Zap-O-Matic.

Intellivision Lives!, developed by Real Time Associates, packs in over 60 games from the classic Mattel game console from the early 1980s. It also includes a virtual museum of original Intellivision commercials, historical facts, and interviews with the system's creators.

Microsoft's official Gamerscore Blog promises that both games will sell for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15), in line with previous Xbox Originals releases. Both titles will be available for download on Monday, September 15.

The Xbox edition of BioWare's Jade Empire today hit the Xbox 360's online Xbox Live Marketplace, marking the latest addition to the downloadable Xbox Originals line.

Priced at 1,200 Microsoft Points ($15) and weighing in at 6.2 GB, the oriental action-RPG arrived on Xbox in 2005, followed by an enhanced PC version in 2007.

A sequel to the game was purportedly revealed last year, but no further details have arrived.

Microsoft has announced that Arc System Works' Guilty Gear XX #Reload and Krome Studios' The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning will be added to the Xbox 360's Xbox Originals catalog on June 16.

An updated version of Arc System Works' unconventional 2D fighter series, Guilty Gear XX #Reload saw release on the Xbox in 2003 and included a host of tweaks and updates to previous iterations of the title.

The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning marked the first release of rebooted trilogy in the long-running Spyro franchise. The game was released on the Xbox, PlayStation 2 and GameCube in 2006.

As with past releases in the Xbox Originals catalog—which includes Metal Arms, Ninja Gaiden Black, Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows, Halo and Psychonauts—both games will be priced at 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).

The Xbox editions of Stubbs the Zombie and Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows will be downloadable from the Xbox 360's online Marketplace next Monday, May 19, Xbox Live director of programming Larry "Major Nelson" Hyrb announced today.

Developed by Halo creator Alex Seropian and his crew at Wideload Games, Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse and its third-person perspective lets one or two players attempt to overrun a pristine utopia with zombie minions. Brains!

Midway's Gaunlet: Seven Sorrows, meanwhile, continues in the series' rich tradition of multiplayer-oriented action-RPG, er, action.

Ubisoft Montreal's stealth-action effort Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory and Swingin' Ape Studios' action game Metal Arms: Glitch in the System will be the latest additions to the Xbox 360's downloadable Xbox Originals catalog, Xbox Live director of programming Larry "Major Nelson" Hyrb has revealed.

Both titles are slated to arrive in the console's online Xbox Live Marketplace next Monday, April 21. As with previous Xbox Originals releases--including Dreamfall, Ninja Gaiden Black, Halo and Psychonauts--the games will each sell for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).

While Ubisoft Montreal would eventually create other titles, such as Assassin's Creed, Metal Arms was the only game to emerge from Swingin' Ape Studios.

After Blizzard Entertainment and original StarCraft: Ghost developer Nihlistic parted ways, Swingin' Ape was brought on to bring the ill-fated action title to life. Though Blizzard purchased the studio outright in 2005, the game was later placed on indefinite hold.

Microsoft revealed today that Funcom's Dreamfall: Game of the Year Edition (PC, Xbox) is the newest addition to the Xbox 360's online Xbox Originals catalog, and will be available this coming Monday.

Originally released in 2006, Dreamfall is the acclaimed sequel to Funcom's The Longest Journey (PC) and often noted as a highlight of the adventure gaming genre. The downloadable title will be priced at 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).

After less than stellar retail sales of Dreamfall, Funcom announced Dreamfall Chapters, an episodic continuation of the series' storyline. Since the announcement, however, Funcom has remained mum on the episodic series' development.

Dreamfall marks the latest addition to the Xbox Originals catalog which launched late last year. Other Xbox Originals releases include Bungie's Halo, Double Fine's Psychonauts, and Team Ninja's Ninja Gaiden Black, all priced at 1200 Microsoft Points ($15).

Microsoft has released the fall dashboard update for the Xbox 360, adding a variety of new functions to the system while refining its existing capabilities.

Xbox Live-connected users will be automatically prompted to download the update when they attempt to sign in.

"In order to preserve the integrity of the original gaming experience they provide, they will have the features available at the time of their initial release." he wrote.
